Complaints & Refunds

We have a 14 day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at supporto@sicushop.com If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGE PROBLEMS

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you as soon as your return has been received and verified and we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card to process and your refund will be posted.
